Most marketplaces price local vendor placement behind a sales call. Weddings.io does the opposite: the entire territory pricing matrix is published, hardcoded, and identical for every vendor in a given city.

The Model in One Sentence

Each territory has a fixed number of slots and a flat monthly rate per slot, both determined by the city's population. There is no interpolation, no negotiation, and no dynamic surge pricing.

The Bracket Structure

• Baseline (up to 2M population): $10/slot/month.
• Growth brackets (2M → 29M): price rises $10 for each additional million residents.
• Ceiling (29M+): $290/slot/month — the maximum any vendor ever pays.

Why Publish It All?
