The master plan.
And the AI behind it.

Weddings.io is the consumer proof point of a larger AI infrastructure — IAM Bot, EyeSpyR SaaS, and Talc.tv working together across 100+ industry categories. It is also, we believe, the most inclusive wedding platform ever built. Here is the master plan — and what I AM means.

We have been building this since 2015. Not a wedding platform. An intelligence network — one that happens to start with weddings because weddings are where trust matters most and where the current tools fail most visibly.

What you see when you visit Weddings.io is the consumer layer. What sits underneath it is an AI infrastructure that took years to architect — a source of truth system that monitors businesses across industries, a verification engine that scores reputation in real time, and a content distribution tool that pushes from verified identity to every major platform simultaneously.

This is that story.

May the best business win. May the influencers in their categories raise the bar for everyone around them. And may the platform make that possible — fairly, transparently, for anyone in the world.

The AI stack — four layers

Everything in the Weddings.io Technologies network runs on four connected systems. Each one feeds the next. Together they create something no single tool in this industry has built.

IAM Bot

industryarmymarketing.com

The source of truth AI. Monitors businesses across 100+ industry category domains — from wedding planners to roofers to caterers to security companies. It watches reputation signals, flags rising talent, detects patterns in reviews, and routes leads to the right verified business in any territory. The intelligence layer that runs underneath everything else in the network.

EyeSpyR

eyespyr.com

The AI-powered SaaS verification and reputation engine. Every business on any IAM network domain passes through EyeSpyR. It checks public records, complaint databases, court filings, and the network's own red flag databank on entry — then tracks reputation in real time through a live floating badge visible on every listing. A score you earn through verified behaviour. Not a badge you purchase.

Weddings.io

weddings.io

The consumer proof point. The territory platform where exclusive wedding planner slots are held by the best verified planner in each city. EyeSpyR verified. IAM Bot routing leads. Talc building content authority month by month. The place where every review is traceable, every dispute has a process, and one verified expert holds the ground for each city.

Talc

talc.tv

The AI content distribution engine. Upload once from your verified business identity. Talc uses AI to rewrite and reformat your content for each platform — the right tone for Instagram, the right structure for LinkedIn, the right format for Google Business, the right length for TikTok. Then pushes simultaneously to all six. One post. Six platforms. $10. Available to any verified professional, anywhere in the world.

These four systems are not separate products that happen to share a brand. They are a connected infrastructure. EyeSpyR's verification feeds Weddings.io's trust layer. The IAM Bot's intelligence feeds EyeSpyR's scoring. Talc's content feeds the territory pages that the IAM Bot monitors. The loop is designed to compound — the more the network grows, the more valuable every part of it becomes.

Why weddings first

Weddings are where the stakes are highest and the trust failures are most painful. A couple spends months planning the most important day of their lives, hires vendors based on reviews that may be fake, and has no recourse when something goes wrong. The wedding industry runs on word of mouth and reputation — and yet has almost no reliable infrastructure for verifying either.

That gap is where Weddings.io sits. Not as another directory. As a territory platform where one verified expert holds the exclusive slot for each city — selected by us, not by who paid first. Where every review is traced to a real transaction. Where every dispute has a documented arbitration process. Where the AI surfaces the best talent before you even know to look for it.

When the infrastructure works here — in an industry this emotional, this high-stakes, this dependent on trust — it works anywhere. The 100+ industry categories in the IAM network are the proof of that.

EyeSpyR — the trust layer the industry was missing

There is no reliable way to verify a wedding professional right now. Reviews can be purchased. Portfolios can be borrowed. Business registrations can be recent. The couple booking a photographer has no way to know whether that photographer has ever actually delivered the photos they promised.

EyeSpyR changes that at the infrastructure level. Every business on the Weddings.io network goes through EyeSpyR before they are listed. The AI checks public records, complaint databases, court filings, bad press, and the network's own red flag database — built from every failed application across all 100+ IAM domains. A clean record starts at 4.5 stars. Something bad found — no listing, no charge, no hard feelings.

After entry, the EyeSpyR score moves in real time. Every verified review — traced to an actual transaction in the platform — carries full weight. An anonymous review with no transaction behind it carries zero. The AI weights the score continuously based on behaviour, engagement, response rates, and review velocity. The floater badge on every listing reflects the actual current reputation of that business, not a static score from a one-time check.

Every review on Weddings.io is traceable. Every dispute has a process. We do what the other platforms won't.

EyeSpyR is also a SaaS tool in its own right — available to any platform or marketplace that needs business verification at scale. The same intelligence that protects Weddings.io couples can protect customers in any industry. That is the larger vision.

Talc — AI content from a verified source

AI-generated content is everywhere. Most of it is generic, unverifiable, and increasingly invisible to search engines that have learned to discount it. The problem is not AI — it is AI with no identity behind it.

Talc solves that by anchoring AI content to a verified business identity. When a wedding planner in Surrey uses Talc to write about Haldi ceremony traditions, that content is attributed to a real, EyeSpyR-verified business with a real track record. The AI helps write it. The AI reformats it for each platform. But the source is verified — and that verification is what makes the content trustworthy to both couples and search engines.

One post through Talc goes to Google Business, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and an SEO blog post — simultaneously, reformatted for each platform's specific requirements. The Instagram caption reads like Instagram. The LinkedIn post reads like LinkedIn. The Google Business update reads like a local business update. The AI handles the translation. The verified professional provides the expertise.

Territory holders on Weddings.io get Talc credits bundled with their monthly fee — one credit per $10 spent. A Surrey planner at $50 a month gets five posts across six platforms every month. That is thirty pieces of platform-native content per month, all attributed to a verified local expert, all feeding the territory page's authority.

For everyone else — any wedding professional anywhere in the world — Talc is available publicly at $10 per post. No membership required. No territory needed. Just a verified business identity and something worth saying.

One honest note: Talc works by connecting to the APIs of major social platforms. If those platforms change their policies or restrict third-party access — and some have, and some will — our access can be affected. We are always transparent when that happens. We are always building toward more platforms, more direct relationships, and a more resilient distribution network. The ecosystem is designed to evolve. New platforms, new channels, new distribution methods — if you have a product that fits, we want to hear from you.

The $10 principle — and why it is a loss leader

Everything in this network starts at $10. That is deliberate and it is honest to call it what it is — a loss leader.

$10

per year

Verified directory listing · EyeSpyR gated · charged after you pass

$10

per month minimum

Exclusive territory · scales with population · 1 Talc credit per $10

$10

per post

Public Talc · anyone · anywhere · 6 platforms · flat USD

A $10 annual listing does not cover infrastructure. A $10 minimum territory does not cover the SEO work we do to rank that page. We are investing in the platform's credibility before we ask anyone to invest in it.

The pricing also reflects something we believe is simply right — that geography should not determine whether a professional can afford to participate. A wedding planner in Lagos faces the same challenges as a wedding planner in Surrey. Our pricing adjusts for local purchasing power in emerging markets using World Bank data. Same product, same standards, same opportunities — priced fairly for the economy you are actually in.

As the network grows, the pricing reflects the value being created. A Toronto territory is worth more than a Langley territory because Toronto has ten times the population. The formula is public. You can calculate your own price before you ever speak to us.

The most inclusive wedding platform in the world

Most wedding platforms were built for North America and Europe. Their pricing assumes a certain economy. Their cultural categories assume a certain kind of wedding. Their verification systems assume a certain kind of business infrastructure. Everyone else is an afterthought — if they are a thought at all.

We built this differently from the beginning.

A wedding planner in Surrey BC and a wedding planner in Lagos Nigeria face the same fundamental challenge — couples who need to trust them, a reputation that needs to be verifiable, and content that needs to reach the right audience. The tools they need are the same. The price they can afford is not.

Our pricing is adjusted for local purchasing power using World Bank data — the same methodology used by economists to compare economies fairly across the globe. A $50 territory in Surrey reflects what $50 means in Surrey. A territory in a comparable Indian city is priced at what that same purchasing power means locally. Same product. Same EyeSpyR verification. Same Talc distribution. Same IAM Bot intelligence. Same standards. Priced fairly for where you actually live.

The formula is public. Transparent. Reviewable. It does not change based on negotiation or relationship or who you know. $10 per 100,000 population, adjusted for your country's price level, minimum $10. That is it. A wedding planner in a small city in Kenya pays the same minimum as a wedding planner in a small city in Canada. Because the minimum commitment to the platform should be the same everywhere — what that minimum costs in real terms should not be.

This is not charity. It is the only model that makes sense if you genuinely believe the best wedding professionals exist everywhere in the world — not just in the cities that historically had the money to be noticed. We believe that. We built the pricing to prove it.

The most inclusive wedding platform in the world is not a marketing line. It is a formula. Public, transparent, and the same for everyone.

I AM — and what that actually means

Industry Army Marketing. IAM. The network. The infrastructure. The source of truth.

But also — I AM.

I am verified. I am here. I am the source. I am building something that lasts. Every business in this network that passes EyeSpyR, holds a territory, posts through Talc, earns their score through real reviews — they are not just listed on a platform. They are saying something. I AM the wedding planner for this city. I AM the caterer this community trusts. I AM the photographer whose work speaks for itself.

The IAM Bot is not just software. It is the infrastructure that makes that statement verifiable. When the IAM Bot routes a lead to a territory holder, it is not just matching a search query to a listing. It is saying — this person has been checked, their reviews are real, their reputation is current, their content is verified, their territory is exclusive. I AM confident in this recommendation.

That is what we have been building since 2015. Not a directory. Not a marketplace. An infrastructure for trust — across weddings, across industries, across cultures, across economies — that lets the best businesses say I AM, and have that mean something.

The slow launch — and why it is the point

We are not in a rush. We have been building this since 2015 and we are not going to undermine it by opening the doors before the infrastructure is right.

Right now the site is live, the pricing is clear, the city pages are indexed, and the payment gateways are closed. Every gateway has a coming soon button. Every hover on that button reveals the partnerships email. That is intentional — the people motivated enough to read an email address and write to us are exactly the people we want to hear from first.

The first phase of our launch is a select group of trusted professionals using Talc to push content through the network. No payment required. No commitment asked. Just the right people creating the right content that starts building the SEO presence the platform needs before the first territory is sold.

We watch who posts. We watch what performs. We watch which cities are generating interest and which cultural categories are most active. By the time the first payment gateway opens, we will know exactly where to focus and who to invite in.

No platform has ever been hurt by launching too slowly with the right people. The slow launch is the strategy.

The influencers — in the real sense of the word

We use the word influencer carefully. We do not mean follower counts. We mean the wedding planner in the South Asian community in Vancouver whose recommendation travels through every WhatsApp group, every temple network, every family gathering before a single review is posted online. The caterer whose food at one Sangeet leads to three more bookings before the night is over. The photographer whose portfolio makes every other photographer in their city want to raise their game.

Those people exist in every community. They are already influencing. The IAM Bot watches for them — tracking which businesses are rising, whose content is connecting, whose reputation is accelerating beyond their immediate network. When the signals are clear enough, we reach out. Not with a form to complete or a tier to purchase. A conversation.

The goal is to find the people whose genuine expertise and cultural authority can raise the standard for everyone around them. When the best South Asian wedding planner in Surrey posts about mandap decoration trends for 2027, every planner in the country sees the bar going up. That is what we are building toward. Not a platform where everyone is equal. A platform where excellence is visible and excellence is rewarded.
